If you’re ready to push boundaries, grow your skills, and leave your mark where innovation meets timeless elegance, we’re ready for you.\nWe’re looking for a hands-on Logistics & Operations Specialist to coordinate day-to-day logistics operations in Turkey, ensuring efficient, compliant, and reliable customs, warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment processes.\nThis is your chance to contribute to operational excellence, improve logistics performance, and make a direct impact on Swarovski’s retail and eCommerce business while collaborating with local and global teams.\nAbout The Job\nCoordinate end-to-end logistics operations across customs, warehousing, transportation, and omnichannel fulfillment for retail and e-commerce channels.\nManage customs clearance and trade compliance activities in line with Turkish regulations and company standards.\nCoordinate inbound shipments from the Regional Distribution Center to stores and customers across Turkey.\nOversee 3PL performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day logistics execution.\nManage logistics service providers, including customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers.\nMonitor logistics KPIs, including OTIF, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, lead times, productivity, and costs.\nDrive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across transportation, warehousing, and customs operations.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational projects and ensure seamless omnichannel services, including ship-from-store, click-and-collect, and returns.\nAbout You\n3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, customs, international trade, or a comparable operations role.\nHands-on knowledge of Turkish customs regulations, import processes, customs clearance procedures, and trade compliance requirements.\nExperience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and distribution partners.\nGood understanding of retail, omnichannel, and eCommerce logistics operations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and turn data into practical operational improvements.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.\nGood communication, coordination, and collaboration skills with internal and external partners.\nProficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and solid Excel skills.\nDegree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
