A world of wonder awaits you.\nAbout the job\nYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nOwn the end-to-end technical health, availability and operational readiness of the Retail Planning & Merchandising service, today for the Retail Planning solution from the software vendor Aptean\nTroubleshoot SQL Server databases and Analysis Services, including connectivity, permissions, processing and performance\nBe able to read, write, maintain and troubleshoot SQL Server stored procedures, views, functions and data-processing logic\nMonitor and recover daily and weekly jobs using Windows Task Scheduler, Splunk, logs and alerts\nProvide 1st and 2nd-level support, root-cause analysis and vendor escalation for critical or recurring incidents\nSupport MFP/OTB, Allocation, Forecasting, Replenishment, Assortment Planning, Events and user administration and establish a reasonable process knowledge\nWrite technical specifications or coordinate with software vendor for business change requests\nTrace and resolve data-flow issues across connected systems such as SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP IBP, GCP, Anaplan\nCoordinate upgrades, releases, testing, system copies, housekeeping and data-purge activities\nMaintain technical documentation, monitoring, recovery procedures and reusable support knowledge\nDrive automation, performance optimization, data quality and continuous service improvement\nBe flexible for new planning platform assessment, implementation and rollout\nAbout you\nWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:\nDegree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, business informatics or comparable qualification.\n7+ years in enterprise application or data-platform engineering, including strong hands-on SQL Server experience and support of business-critical integrated services\nSolid experience in SQL Server administration, T-SQL development, stored procedures, views, functions, indexing, and performance tuning\nStrong knowledge of SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Windows Server environments, and batch processing operations\nExperience monitoring and supporting enterprise applications using tools such as Splunk, scheduling platforms, logs, and alerting systems\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nA proactive mindset with a continuous improvement focus on automation, operational excellence, and service quality\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical and data-related issues\nWhat we offer\nYou can expect a range of benefits, including:\nLearning and career development programs to help you grow\nA global employee assistance program offering support in the areas of mental, physical, and emotional health, managerial support as well as financial and legal matters\nHybrid and flexible work options to support your work-life balance\nPaid volunteering leave to support causes that matter to you\nExclusive employee discounts on Swarovski products\nAbout Swarovski\nSwarovski creates crystal-based products of unique quality and craftsmanship that bring joy and celebrate individuality.
