The position will help shape future planning processes, evaluate planning solutions, support implementation activities and ensure continuity of current planning operations during the transformation journey.\nAbout the Job\nIn this role, you will be responsible for providing additional capacity for process, requirements, forecasting, architecture, vendor and implementation decisions. You will work closely with Planning teams, Planning IT, architecture and Data & AI, PMO, procurement, Regional and B2B teams.\nYour responsibilities include (but are not limited to):\nEnsure the stability and continuity of planning processes and systems during transformation and implementation activities.\nManage system configurations, master data, documentation, and operational issues.\nTranslate business requirements into solution requirements and support system selection and implementation.\nSupport RFI, POC and RFP activities, including vendor evaluations and solution assessments.\nAnalyze and improve forecasting, inventory, and replenishment processes using data-driven insights.\nDevelop models and scenarios to support business decisions and evaluate potential impacts.\nCollaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nAbout You\nWe are looking for a unique and talented professional who brings along the following:\nDegree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in planning, forecasting, inventory management, supply chain analytics, or transformation projects.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.\nExperience translating business processes into requirements, supporting software evaluations, testing or implementation projects is highly desirable.\nExperience working with SAP and/or other ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.\nExperience with Power BI, Python, and/or RStudio would be beneficial.\nFluency in English, both written and spoken.\nThe role is part of Swarovski's E2E Planning transformation and offers the opportunity to influence the future planning landscape, processes and technology decisions across the organization.\nWhat We Offer\nYou can expect a range of benefits, including:\nLearning and career development programs to help you grow\nA global employee assistance program offering support in the areas of mental, physical, and emotional health, managerial support as well as financial and legal matters\nHybrid and flexible work options to support your work-life balance\nPaid volunteering leave to support causes that matter to you\nExclusive employee discounts on Swarovski products\nHoliday allowance\nPrivate Health Insurance\nMeal allowance\nTransportation Allowance and free parking\nAbout Swarovski\nSwarovski creates crystal-based products of unique quality and craftsmanship that bring joy and celebrate individuality.
