Reporting to the SVP of Product Implementations, this role partners closely with core product teams, technology, sales, and clients to embed new capabilities into existing products and introduce net-new offerings that deliver customer value and support company growth. The ideal candidate is a creative yet execution-focused product manager with a strong ability to translate ideas, customer needs, and market opportunities into viable, scalable solutions.\nEssential duties include the following:\nIdentify, evaluate, and develop innovative product ideas that complement the core product portfolio.\nPartner with core product teams to embed innovative solutions and enhancements into existing products.\nAssist in developing and maintaining innovation-focused product roadmaps aligned to company strategy.\nConduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to inform innovation priorities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Implementations, Sales, Account Management, and Legal to drive product development and launch.\nSupport product pilots, launches, and post-launch analysis to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.\nTranslate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, use cases, and success metrics.\nMonitor and report product performance metrics and innovation outcomes to leadership.\nAssist with proposal pricing, RFP responses, and solution positioning related to innovative offerings.\nUtilize established pricing and expense models to support innovation business cases.\nAssist with cost center research and budgeting support for innovation initiatives.\nStay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices through research and ongoing learning.\nEmbody divisional and company culture and serve as an active, collaborative team participant.\nSerious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience in product management, innovation, or a related role.\nDemonstrated interest or experience in product innovation and bringing new ideas to market.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nExperience working in Agile or iterative development environments a plus.\nFamiliarity with product analytics tools and methodologies.\nPassion for technology, innovation, and solving customer problems.\nSWBC offers*:\nCompetitive overall compensation package\nWork/Life balance \nEmployee engagement activities and recognition awards \nYears of Service awards\nCareer enhancement and growth opportunities \nLeadership Academy and Mentor Program\nContinuing education and career certifications \nVariety of healthcare coverage options\nTraditional and Roth 401(k) retirement plans \nLucrative Wellness Program\n*Based upon employee eligibility\nAdditional Information:\nSWBC is a Substance-Free Workplace and requires pre-employment drug testing.\nPlease note, SWBC does not hire tobacco users as allowed by law.\nTo learn more about SWBC, visit our website at www.SWBC.com.
