Opportunity to mentor and shape the future of product management within a dynamic and fast-growing company.\nEssential duties include the following:\nCreates features, epics, and technical user stories with complex Product specifications for Dev teams to build a new platform.\nCollaborates with leadership on the creation of the product roadmap.\nProduces deep technical documentation for a variety of stakeholders.\nDelivers Go to Market and Commercialization materials.\nHelps create and update playbooks for migration, beta, pilot, sunset, and release.\nTranslates solutions into designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nManages the Product backlog for Transaction Processing.\nIntegrates 3rd party services and SaaS vendors to our platform.\nAligns self and others with company’s strategic vision and corporate initiatives.\nLeads cross-functional teams in the execution of the product roadmap.\nPerforms market and competitive research to identify gaps and opportunities.\nEngages with users to gain critical insights into their pains and their ideals.\nApplies creative thinking to design solutions based on insights and market research.\nManges feature sprint, epic, and product-level iterative life cycles.\nWorks cross-functionally to address stakeholder needs and concerns.\nArticulates feature benefits to customer success and product marketing teams.\nInfluences, guides, and helps execute version releases and go-to-market plans.\nSerious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.\nMinimum six (6) years of experience delivering Core Banking, ACH, loan payment features, debt repayment, ACH, card processing.\nMinimum six (6) years of experience in at least one of these three areas, (1) delivering technical features (SDKs, APIs) for FIs/Credit Unions; (2) delivering UIs and white label features for FIs/Credit Unions; (3) managing B2B SaaS based products and services.\nBroad knowledge of payment technologies (debt repayment, card processing, ACH, etc.).\nMature product management skills including expert requirements definition\nProduct experience with scalable, performant, and highly available API based platforms, preferably with Core Banking\nEffective communicator: you can get others excited about your product and manage multiple stakeholders across a variety of functions.\nExperienced at using data and metrics to inform product decisions.\nExpert visual modeler of user journeys, sequence diagrams, and procedural flows.\nDemonstrable good judgement and decision-making skills.\nStrong interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.\nWilling and able to travel domestically on a quarterly basis to headquarters, conferences, and/or client engagements.\nCompensation:\nAt SWBC, our pay structure is based upon the market data for each role and we have established compensation ranges to ensure that we remain competitive. Any offer of employment is based upon individual experience, market data, and geographic location for each role.
