With SWBC’s commitment to professional growth and a supportive team culture, you’ll find a fulfilling career that combines technical excellence with meaningful contributions to the company’s success.\nEssential duties include the following:\nParticipates in meetings to define and finalize the specifications and test plans; work directly with key business stakeholders to define requirements, develop test plans, and conduct appropriate unit testing \nServes as the SME for Workday Integrations and Reporting. Ability to build, implement, deploy and maintain inbound and outbound integrations with Workday and with 3rd Party applications. \nPerforms complex data mapping and transformations, ensuring data is converted and formatted across different applications. Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to research, troubleshoot, and lead resolution for integration issues in a timely manner. \nRepresents the HRIS Team in regard to integration implementation while managing or participating in internal cross-team initiatives. \nExpertise in all areas of Workday integrations, including but not limited to: Account Provisioning, Benefits - Inbound & Outbound, EIB - Inbound & Outbound, Integration Framework & Security, User Interface, Single Sign On (SSO), Cloud Connect, BIRT, Workday Studio and Web Services. \nServes as escalation point in analyzing and making recommendations regarding the solution of complex problems related to the configuration, development, implementation, and administration of the Workday HCM Integrations. \nExpert/advanced knowledge of Workday report writing, including vast understanding of all data sources and primary business objects required to support integrations. This includes expert knowledge and creation of advanced calculated fields. \nAssists in the design, review, testing and implementation of Workday system updates and enhancements as they relate to integrations and assess the impact of new enhancements on integrations. \nPerforms regression testing on integrations during Workday enhancements \nSupports of all HCM integrations related to troubleshooting, debugging, monitoring and scheduled activities. \nCreates and maintains “master” library of Workday HCM integrations documentation for business continuity. \nVendor management support in resolving critical defects. \nPerform other duties as required. \nSerious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field of study from an accredited four-year college or university required. \nFive plus (5+) years of Workday experience required and deep expertise in building workday integrations utilizing REST/SOAP, Workday Studio. \nWorkday Studio certification preferred. \nProven ability to build complex systems using web services standards (WSDL, SOAP and REST). \nComplete command of XML standards and experience in their application (for example, XML Schema, XSLT, STX, DOM, SAX, and similar technologies). \nDemonstrated ability to work closely with non-technical business owners on a technical solution. \nStrong Web Services development experience (SOAP and REST) with a deep understanding of XSLT, XPath and XML. \nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills. \nExcellent and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. \nAble to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities. \nAble to occasionally travel locally between service centers. \nAble to lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items. \nExercise sound judgement in making decisions. \nMeet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. \nHandle complex tasks, provide results, and communicate effectively with employees and management. \nDemonstrate accuracy and maintain a high level of confidentiality. \nPrism/Extend experience will be a plus. \nSWBC offers*:\nCompetitive overall compensation package\nWork/Life balance \nEmployee engagement activities and recognition awards \nYears of Service awards\nCareer enhancement and growth opportunities \nLeadership Academy and Mentor Program\nContinuing education and career certifications \nVariety of healthcare coverage options\nTraditional and Roth 401(k) retirement plans \nLucrative Wellness Program\n*Based upon employee eligibility\nAdditional Information:\nSWBC is a Substance-Free Workplace and requires pre-employment drug testing.\nPlease note, SWBC does not hire tobacco users as allowed by law.\nTo learn more about SWBC, visit our website at www.SWBC.com.
