As part of the PMO team, you will play a key role in enabling new feature launches, operational readiness initiatives, and scalable solutions that support SWIVEL's long-term success.\nEssential duties include the following:\nAct as a bridge between operational teams, internal engineering resources, and third-party tool providers to build, improve, and manage internal tooling solutions.\nOversee a technical roadmap for internal tooling initiatives, including understanding prioritization, resourcing, and requirements.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate collaboration, establishing communication plans, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, identifying risks, stewarding frameworks and governance structures, and implementing solutions to ensure successful execution.\nDevelop and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies through innovative solutions and best practices.\nAnalyze business processes, performance metrics, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement\nDrive operational and technical goal-planning processes, establish status-tracking mechanisms, and communicate progress, risks, and priorities across the organization.\nOperate effectively with minimal day-to-day direction, demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nSerious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a technology related field preferred\nMinimum of five (5) years of professional experience in Program Management, with a focus on Operations or Technology use cases.\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions.\nExperience managing programs and projects involving executive-level stakeholders and organizational priorities.\nDemonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, business process improvement, governance, and change management initiatives.\nStrong verbal and written communication, facilitation, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.\nProven ability to influence outcomes without direct authority and drive accountability across teams.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making capabilities.\nExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing business needs.\nExperience creating executive communications, dashboards, status reporting, and performance metrics.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and related productivity tools.\nAbility to operate independently in ambiguous environments while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution excellence.\nPMP certification or related project/program management certification is preferred.\nExperience within the payments, financial services, money movement, card processing, or ACH industry is preferred.\nFamiliarity with coding languages, technical systems, software development concepts, or data analytics tools is preferred.\nExperience supporting feature launches, operational readiness programs, or PMO organizations is preferred.\nExperience mentoring team members and promoting program management best practices is preferred.\nKnowledge of applicable laws and regulations impacting financial services or payment-processing environments is preferred.\nCompensation:\nAt SWBC, our pay structure is based upon the market data for each role and we have established compensation ranges to ensure that we remain competitive. Any offer of employment is based upon individual experience, market data, and geographic location for each role.
