Hospice Program Coordinator

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

This role will be working onsite at our Spokane Hospice site.

The Hospice Program Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance to Providence Hospice ministry in the form of ongoing program support and office management. Working closely with the Hospice Director, Hospice Clinical Managers and other team members, the coordinator will be responsible for supporting the coordination and maintenance of strategy-related reports, tracking tools, online resources and other needs, as appropriate, in addition to performing routine office management tasks. Administrative duties will include contract maintenance, back-up for the Staffing Coordinator and any other duties as assigned by the Hospice Director.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years Experience in an administrative assistant role in a health care setting.
• Customer service and phone triage experience.
• Experience in computer skills and Microsoft office applications.
