Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the building trades with 2 years as a Supervisor
Preferred Qualifications:
- Related coursework/training or on-the-job training
- Associate's Degree
- Plant operations and maintenance experience
- Commercial experience in boilers, chillers, and other HVAC systems
- General Contractor or superintendent experience
