She/he is responsible for monitoring and supervision of the Patient Access Department functions including staffing and scheduling. She/he is responsible for the supervision of personnel assigned to these areas. She/he contributes to the development of patient access and PBX policies and procedures. She/he is responsible for monitoring productivity and accuracy of patient information.
