In this role, you will be part of a dedicated and highly skilled team working in the early stages of product development. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, prototyping, validating, and optimizing next-generation audio algorithms, while collaborating closely with embedded software engineers to bring those algorithms into production.\n\nWhat you will do :\n\n- Design, develop, prototype, and validate advanced audio signal processing algorithms.\n\n- Develop and evaluate algorithms using MATLAB and/or Python before implementation on embedded platforms.\n\n- Work with microphone signals, digital signal processing, and audio enhancement technologies, including Active Noise Cancellation (ANC).\n\n- Optimize algorithms for accuracy, robustness, computational complexity, memory usage, and power consumption.\n\n- Collaborate closely with embedded software engineers to integrate algorithms into resource-constrained embedded systems.\n\n- Work in cross-functional teams during early-phase product development, adapting to evolving requirements and helping define technical solutions.\n\n- Proactively drive technical discussions, challenge existing approaches constructively, and help move projects forward.\n\n- Promote innovative solutions and take ownership of technical challenges from concept to production.\n\nWhat you bring :\n\n- Extensive experience in digital signal processing (DSP) and audio algorithm development.\n\n- Strong experience developing and prototyping algorithms using MATLAB and/or Python.\n\n- Proven experience working with microphones, audio processing, and Active Noise Cancellation (ANC).\n\n- Experience taking algorithms from concept and prototyping through optimization and production implementation.\n\n- Experience optimizing algorithms for accuracy, robustness, computational efficiency, memory usage, and power consumption.\n\n- Experience implementing algorithms on embedded platforms using C/C++.\n\n- Ability to thrive in early-stage product development with changing requirements.\n\n- Excellent verbal and
