That’s why we have interviews, right?\nWho are you:\nAt least 5 years experience in Software engineering.\n\nAt least 2 years of hands-on experience designing, training, and deploying AI/ML models in production using Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or similar)\n\nDeep understanding of AI techniques such as deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and/or generative AI (LLMs, transformers, diffusion models)\n\nHands-on experience of AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)\n\nStrong experience with MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, model versioning, experiment tracking, monitoring, and retraining (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Kubeflow)\n\nProven ability to design robust and scalable inference architectures (batch, real-time, low-latency APIs)\n\nExperience working with large-scale data preparation and feature engineering pipelines for ML systems\n\nPractical experience adapting and productionizing foundation models and LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG architectures)\n\nStrong understanding of model performance, bias, fairness, explainability, and responsible AI principles\n\nAbility to translate complex business problems into end-to-end AI solutions, from proof of concept to production\n\nSolid understanding of security, privacy, and regulatory requirements related to AI (e.g., GDPR, upcoming AI regulations)\n\nExperience with containerized environments and IaC (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)\n\nGreat communication and collaboration skills\n\nFluent in English and Swedish\n\nSwedQ culture\nSwedQ began with siblings who brought in people they knew.
