That’s why we have interviews, right?\nWho are you:\nAt least 5 years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining production-grade systems using Java/J2EE, with deep expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot) and Hibernate/JPA\n\nStrong experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs and web services, including proper API design, versioning, and documentation\n\nSolid hands-on experience with cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure), including deploying, operating, and scaling backend services in cloud environments\n\nPractical experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or similar, including schema design and performance optimization\n\nGood understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems, with hands-on experience using Docker and Kubernetes\n\nFamiliarity with event-driven and data-processing technologies such as Kafka and/or Spark is a strong plus\n\nExperience with unit testing, integration testing, and modern build tools, ensuring high code quality and maintainability\n\nAbility to work effectively with unclear or evolving requirements, estimate development effort, and contribute to realistic delivery plans\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and confidence navigating complex systems and technical challenges\n\nProven ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences\n\nAdaptable mindset and comfort working in fast-changing, dynamic environments\n\nFluent in English and Swedish\n\nSwedQ culture\nSwedQ began with siblings who brought in people they knew.
