That’s why we have interviews, right?\nWho are you:\nAt least 5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer building and operating production-grade systems\n\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.JS, with a solid understanding of modern JavaScript runtimes and asynchronous programming\n\nExperience working with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, and the ability to choose the right tools for the problem\n\nHands-on experience with React; experience with React Native or mobile development is a strong plus\n\nSolid understanding of cloud-based architectures and microservices, including service communication, scalability, and reliability\n\nStrong product engineering mindset, with experience building user-facing products at scale\n\nPassion for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code\n\nPractical experience with Agile engineering practices, including Pair Programming, TDD/BDD, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery\n\nAbility to take full ownership of your code throughout its entire lifecycle, from design to production and continuous improvement\n\nStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across cross functional teams.\n\nFluent in English and Swedish\n\nSwedQ culture\nSwedQ began with siblings who brought in people they knew.
