You’ll act as both strategic advisor and technical expert, ensuring seamless integration into each customer’s Salesforce ecosystem and long-term business success.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild trusted partnerships with executive sponsors and RevOps leaders across key accounts.\n\nLead enterprise onboarding, technical configuration, and strategic enablement plans.\n\nDeeply understand each customer’s Salesforce infrastructure, data flow, and GTM strategy.\n\nServe as the technical liaison between customer teams and Sweep’s Product, Engineering, and Support teams.\n\nProactively monitor account health, usage trends, and adoption metrics to drive retention and expansion.\n\nRun quarterly business reviews, identify growth opportunities, and advocate for customer needs internally.\n\nManage and drive annual customer contract renewals, maintaining long-term customer relationships and retention.\n\nDevelop scalable best practices and playbooks for enterprise success and expansion.\n\nWhat We're Looking For?\n5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Salesforce consulting for enterprise SaaS solutions or SI.\n\nExtensive Salesforce knowledge, including data model, automation, and advanced configuration.\n\nSalesforce Administrator certification (preferred).\n\nProven ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.\n\nExperience with complex integrations, security reviews, and compliance processes.\n\nExceptional communication and executive presentation skills.\n\nStrategic thinker with a consultative mindset and the ability to translate business goals into technical execution.\n\nSweep offers a competitive compensation package, including salary and equity components, with potential for variable incentives. Actual compensation is determined based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
