We continue to invest in automation, reliability, and strong maintenance practices to support the future of our operation.\nIf you are an experienced industrial electrician-or a strong manufacturing maintenance professional with electrical aptitude ready to grow into the role-we want to hear from you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTroubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain industrial electrical systems and production equipment\nSupport safe, reliable operation of manufacturing lines through fast, effective electrical troubleshooting\nPerform preventive maintenance on electrical and automated systems\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and one-line drawings\nDiagnose issues with motors, conveyors, pumps, controls, and automated equipment\nWork with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motor controls, sensors, relays, contactors, and safety circuits\nPartner closely with production, maintenance, quality, sanitation, and leadership to minimize downtime and improve performance\nFollow all safety, GMP, food safety, and sanitation requirements\nWhy This Role Stands Out\nThis is more than a maintenance role.
