You will\ncollaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure our clients\nreceive exceptional support and guidance. This role provides an excellent\nopportunity to gain hands-on experience in client success, sales, and business\ndevelopment.\nYour\ntasks will include:\nClientOnboarding: Initiate\ncontact and support new clients through a smooth transition, working closely\nwith the Business Development team.\n\nClientSupport & Engagement:\nHelp clients understand the full range of Swibeco’s offerings, providing\nrelevant guidance, training, and ongoing support.\n\nSales& Relationship Management:\nFoster strong relationships with HR Managers and Directors in leading Swiss\ncompanies, selling and implementing solutions that enhance employee benefits\nprograms.\n\nCross-FunctionalCollaboration: Work closely\nwith other teams to translate client needs into innovative solutions, ensuring\nclient satisfaction and retention.\n\nClientFeedback & Improvement: Collect and act on client feedback,\ncontinuously improving our services to ensure a loyal and engaged client base.\n\nProfil\nWho we are looking for\nYouhold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality, or a\nrelated field with at least 2 years experience.\n\nYou are fluent in both English and German (SwissGerman is a plus) and can\ncommunicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
