What does a Machine Build Technician consist of:
- Familiar with proper assembly and disassembly techniques.
- Understanding fastener torques and how things fit together.
- Able to read blueprints to assemble components.
- Attention to details and keeping work area organized.
- Knowledge of the metric system is a plus.
- Understands hydraulic and pneumatic concepts and how actuators work.
- Having own tools is a plus.
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
- Dynamic and varied workplace, not the same thing everyday.
- Troubleshooting skills a plus.
- Ability to make small parts or modifications to parts using a manual vertical mill (Bridgeport) a huge plus.
- Ability to make small parts or modifications to parts using a manual lathe (Hardinge) a huge plus.
- Machinists, Maintenance machinist, industrial maintenance technicians, and machine technicians are a good fit for this position.
- Ability to layout, drill and tap holes manually and accurately. Is proficient with a hand drill.
- Forklift certified a plus.
- Crane certified a plus.
- Ability to layout and bend conduit/tubing a huge plus.
- Knowledge of Fanuc programming a huge plus.

Shift | Monday-Thursday 6:00 am-4:30 pm- 4 ten-hour days
