We design and deliver innovative mobility solutions that transform lives-helping people live with greater independence, dignity, and freedom.\n\nYour Role in Our Mission\n\nMaintains all ROHO equipment by performing preventative maintenance on equipment, inspecting and repairing all equipment, and assisting with any other special projects.\n\nEnsures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by: Observing all equipment to assure proper operation of all systems and find possible failures; repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment such as pneumatic tools, motors, conveyor systems, production machines and equipment using testing instruments, hand and power tools and precision-measuring instruments; performing preventive maintenance on equipment; repairing electrical equipment.\n\nManage equipment database by: Maintaining written records for every piece of equipment; logging work done and failures in order to establish a predictive maintenance program.\n\nAdjusts parts of devices and control instruments by: Installing functional and structural parts on devices or equipment.\n\nMaintains safe and clean work environment by: Operating all machinery in a safe and efficient manner; reporting any safety hazards to assigned supervisor or safety manager; complying with all safety and quality policies, practices and procedures.\n\nMaintains quality service by: Keeping error rates minimal and within acceptable ranges; maintaining an efficient work pace; meeting and exceeding all performance measurements: quantity, accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness of work performed.\n\nContributes to team effort by: Maintaining a good attendance record; accomplishing related results as needed.\n\nMaintains technical knowledge by: Attending educational workshops, seminars, and conferences.\n\nHighlight cross-functional collaboration and ownership.\n\nEmphasize continuous improvement and efficiency.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n\nAssociates Degree from college or technical school or 3 to 5 years direct related experience or an equivalent combination.\n\nForklift; man lift; valid driver’s license.\n\nGood communication skills; mechanical aptitude; fabrication skills helpful; PLC and HMI skills helpful; good reasoning skills; good problem solving skills.\n\nManual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, work with the fingers, and perceives attributes of objects and materials.\n\nAbility to define problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.\n\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.\n\nProficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database, activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\n\nStrong problem-solving mindset.\n\nPay Transparency\n\nThe expected pay range for this role is $28.00 - $32.00 per hour.
