Do right by people, every time.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nSupport the Billing Manager in overseeing daily billing operations across assigned dealerships -- ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle deals, funding submissions, and related billing activity\nReview deal paperwork for completeness and accuracy -- verifying documentation, pricing, lender funding requirements, and billing entries before submission\nAssist in supervising billing team members -- providing day-to-day guidance, workflow coordination, and quality oversight\nIdentify and help resolve billing discrepancies, funding delays, and documentation issues in partnership with dealership finance offices, lenders, and accounting\nMonitor pending and outstanding deals -- following up to prevent aging, funding delays, or compliance concerns\nSupport month-end billing close processes -- ensuring transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and reported accurately and on time\nAssist in developing and maintaining billing procedures and quality standards across the team\nCommunicate billing status, issues, and escalations to the Billing Manager and relevant stakeholders promptly\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n2+ years of automotive dealership billing experience -- required\nPrior supervisory or team-lead experience -- required\nStrong understanding of dealership deal structure, F&I documentation, lender funding requirements, and billing processes\nDetail-oriented and deadline-conscious -- billing accuracy directly affects cash flow and compliance across every store the team supports\nClear communicator who coordinates effectively with finance offices, lenders, and accounting without creating friction\nProficiency with dealership DMS platforms and Microsoft Office -- familiarity with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, Tekion, or equivalent preferred\nOrganized and self-directed -- able to manage competing priorities and a high-volume transaction environment accurately\nWHAT WE OFFER\n$50,000 -
