The hourly technician role is a foundational position in the shop -- performing maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on both Audi and Volkswagen vehicles while building the technical skills and platform familiarity that support advancement into flat-rate service work. We hire for work ethic and technical aptitude and invest in certification development from there.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nPerform multi-point vehicle inspections, oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid services, wiper replacements, and other scheduled maintenance on Audi and Volkswagen vehicles\nDocument inspection findings accurately and communicate concerns clearly to service advisors for guest communication\nAssist with basic repairs and mechanical work under the direction of senior technicians as skill and certification level develops\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout every shift\nParticipate in Audi and Volkswagen manufacturer training to develop platform knowledge and advance your certification level\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\nPrior automotive technician experience, completion of an automotive technology program, or equivalent hands-on mechanical background preferred\nAudi, Volkswagen, or European brand familiarity a plus -- not required, both brands' training programs are supported here\nReliable, punctual, and takes genuine pride in accurate, thorough maintenance work\nSelf-directed with a genuine desire to grow toward flat-rate service work\nTechnicians are expected to supply their own personal hand tools and tool storage -- the store provides all special tools, scan tools, battery maintainers, and brand-certified training equipment\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record\nWHAT WE OFFER\n$21 -
