Support HR Operations\nSupport day-to-day HR administrative activities and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.\nAssist with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding.\nUpdate and maintain employee information in Workday and other HR systems.\nSupport general record keeping and HR documentation.]\n2. Support Onboarding and Employee Experience\nAssist in welcoming new employees and coordinating onboarding activities.\nCoordinate with relevant teams to support new joiner setup and readiness.\nAssist with HR Orientation and provide employees with information on working conditions, policies and benefits.\nSupport employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.\n3. Employee Queries and Benefits Administration\nRespond to employee questions and requests relating to HR processes, policies and benefits.\nAssist with benefits administration across APAC countries, including enrolment and employee updates.\nCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required.\nEscalate more complex employee cases to the appropriate HR team member.\n4. Support HR Projects and Process Improvements\nParticipate in broader HR projects and initiatives.\nSupport HR communications, reports and documentation.\nContribute ideas to improve day-to-day HR processes and employee experience.\nWhat will make you successful?\nUniversity degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.\nFresh graduates or candidates with early-career HR experience are encouraged to apply.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with employee information.\nGood organizational and time-management skills.\nSelf-driven, willing to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nComfortable communicating with employees and stakeholders from different backgrounds and cultures.\nAble to handle employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applications; exposure to Workday or other HR systems would be an added advantage.\nWhat we offer\nWe give you the freedom to be yourself.
