Swift now has a presence in 200+ countries and legal territories to serve a community of more than 12,000 banks and financial institutions.\nWhat You'll Do\nOperations & Service Support\nWork on a 24/7 rotational shift supporting business-critical systems and services.\nMonitor infrastructure, applications, databases, network services, and production environments using approved monitoring tools.\nPerform first-level incident investigation, recovery, escalation, and follow-up until resolution.\nManage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes in accordance with established operational procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\nSupport Data Centre operations including hardware installation, cabling, maintenance activities, audit controls, and vendor coordination.\nOperational Projects & Continuous Improvement\nParticipate in and, where assigned, own operational initiatives, projects, service onboarding, automation, monitoring enhancements, process improvements, testing, and system upgrades.\nPlan and manage assigned initiatives by validating requirements, identifying dependencies and risks, engaging relevant stakeholders, and providing timely progress updates.\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service reliability, monitoring, documentation, and automation, and contribute to the implementation of approved improvements.\nCollaboration & Knowledge Management\nWork closely with infrastructure, application, network, development, and business teams to restore services and improve operational stability.\nMaintain accurate operational documentation, including knowledge articles, procedures, troubleshooting guides, and implementation records.\nShare knowledge and contribute to continuous learning within the team.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.\nFresh graduates with a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply.\nExperience in IT Operations or Infrastructure Support is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with monitoring platforms, ServiceNow, Jira, scripting, or infrastructure technologies is beneficial.\nITIL knowledge or certification is an advantage.\nKey Performance Expectations\nSuccessful candidates are expected to:\nDeliver accurate and reliable work while minimizing repeat errors through appropriate self-review.\nTake ownership of assigned operational tasks, projects, and initiatives from planning through completion or appropriate escalation.\nPlan work effectively by identifying risks, dependencies, and engaging stakeholders early to ensure alignment and avoid unnecessary rework.\nProvide timely and proactive updates on progress, issues, risks, and blockers without repeated prompting.\nFollow documented operational processes, governance, and security requirements while exercising sound judgement when clarification or escalation is required.\nCollaborate effectively across teams and build professional working relationships to achieve shared operational objectives.\nContribute to operational improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance monitoring, automation, documentation, service reliability, or team efficiency.\nDemonstrate continuous learning by applying feedback, developing technical skills, and sharing knowledge with the team.\nCore Competencies\nAccountability & Ownership\nPlanning & Execution\nProblem Solving & Analytical Thinking\nCommunication & Stakeholder Management\nCollaboration & Teamwork\nQuality & Attention to Detail\nOperational Excellence\nContinuous Learning & Improvement\nWhat we offer\nWe give you the freedom to be yourself.
