Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR administrative activities and staff engagement initiatives.
• Support onboarding and employee documentation.
• Assist with recruitment and candidate screening.
• Assist with maintaining and updating employee records.
• Assist with preparing HR reports and documentation.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• HND / BSc. in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in HR.
• Previous internship or NYSC experience in HR is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace is an advantage.
