Swift now has a presence in 200+ countries and legal territories to serve a community of more than 12,000 banks and financial institutions.\nWhat to Expect:\nIn this role you will:\nAssist in maintaining and supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and CloudBees CD/RO\nMonitor and troubleshoot applications running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems\nHelp debug build and deployment failures by analyzing logs and pipeline outputs\nSupport application deployments across development and test environments\nWrite and maintain basic automation scripts (Bash or Python)\nCollaborate with development and QA teams to improve release processes\nFollow best practices for version control using Git\nDocument processes, runbooks, and troubleshooting steps\nWhat will make you successful:\nWe are seeking professionals with:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field\n2 to 4 years of experience\nStrong willingness to learn and grow in a DevOps environment\nProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail\nAbility to follow documented processes and ask questions when needed\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nKnowledge and experience in cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP in areas such as compute, storage, networking, IAM and secret management with Infrastructure as Code as a plus\nKnowledge and experience of Cloudbees. Understanding release and environments, trigger, monitor and debug deployments, work with existing pipelines, understand parameters, workflows and jobs\nSwift is unable to sponsor an employment authorization for this position now or in the future.\nThe estimated salary range for a new hire in this position in Virginia is $82,361.00 USD Annual MINIMUM to $152,955.00 USD Annual MAXIMUM. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
