An important part of the role is empowering leaders to build high-performing teams and enhance the employee experience for their team members. To this end, you will spend time coaching and influencing leaders so that they demonstrate Swift’s leadership principles in their daily work.\nOur global HR team is represented across the USA, EMEA and APAC regions, and we partner with client groups whose leaders and employees are located worldwide.
