Acting as a trusted advisor to engineering teams, you will help accelerate DevOps transformation, promote devops practices adoption, and embed security, resilience, and compliance controls into software delivery processes.\nYou will play a key role in Release Orchestration adoption, Orchestrated Patching Services, DevOps maturity evolution, Compliance-as-Code initiatives, and engineering transformation programs.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevOps Transformation & Adoption\nDrive adoption of Release Orchestration, Orchestrated Patching, and DevOps Engineering Services.\nAssess delivery practices and define improvement roadmaps.\nCoach teams on DevOps, DevSecOps, and software delivery best practices.\nAccelerate onboarding and enable successful adoption of platform capabilities.\nCompliance & Resilience Enablement\nPromote Compliance-as-Code and Policy-as-Code principles.\nEmbed security, compliance, and resilience controls into delivery pipelines.\nSupport regulatory initiatives through automation and standardized engineering practices.\nDrive audit readiness through automated evidence collection and traceability.\nEngineering Standards & Platform Enablement\nDefine and promote reusable pipeline blueprints, architectural patterns, and best practices.\nContribute to platform standardization and self-service capabilities.\nReduce engineering toil through automation and process simplification.\nCustomer Success & Stakeholder Engagement\nAct as a trusted advisor to Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and delivery teams.\nGather customer feedback and influence platform evolution.\nBuild strong partnerships across engineering, architecture, security, and platform teams.\nChampion customer value realization and DevOps maturity progression.\nLeadership & Community\nMentor engineers and support knowledge sharing across the organization.\nContribute to DevOps communities of practice, training, and enablement initiatives.\nPromote a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.\nQualifications\nExperience\n7+ years of experience in software delivery, DevOps, automation, or platform engineering.\nProven experience driving DevOps transformation and adoption across multiple teams.\nExperience working with security, compliance, and governance requirements in software delivery environments.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nTechnical Skills\nHands-on experience with:\nDevOps and DevSecOps practices\nCI/CD platforms (CloudBees CI/CD/RO, Jenkins, Git, Nexus, or equivalent)\nAutomation technologies (Python, Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent)\nContainer platforms (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes)\nLinux/Unix environments\nExperience with Compliance-as-Code, release orchestration, infrastructure automation, platform engineering, or DevOps maturity assessments is an asset.\nWhat we offer\nWe give you the freedom to be yourself.
