We place a strong emphasis on culture because we strongly believe that it is a key contributor in achieving overall results here at Swift.\nJob Responsibilities: What you will do\nEnsure Driver files are accurate, completed, and processed in a timely manner.\nReview Driver file to ensure compliance with KNX/DOT standards. Verify Drivers have three to five years professional driving history and three years clear drug and alcohol history.\nCommunicate regularly with Driver applicants, Driver Recruiters, Safety Compliance Assistants, and truck driving school representatives regarding current issues of importance while always acting in a courteous and respectable manner.
