Successful candidates will bring a strong backend software development background, and a track record of working on integration/onboarding projects in an enterprise environment.\nResponsibilities Include:\nArchitect, design, and implement backend services to support a rich ecosystem of APIs used by mobile and web clients\nAutomate manual processes to streamline internal and external experiences and workflows\nManage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements\nConfigure, build, test, and deploy integration software solutions\nCollaborate with solutions engineers and technical program managers to write technical design proposals and participate in and/or oversee code reviews\nWrite scalable tests, release plans, and end-user documentation to support our fast-growing organization\nResolve (diagnose, track, and manage) software integration issues\nDeliver technical improvements and bug fixes \nWork closely with the internal support team and business users to understand the business requirements and ideate new solutions\nProvide recommendations for standard methodologies pertaining to integration design and development\nAvailability for on-call (about 10 days a month)\nOther related duties as assigned\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or comparable industry experience\n10+ years of industry experience designing, building, and maintaining backend services\nProficiency and strong experience in Ruby on Rails platforms\nProficiency with containerized services and git-based workflows\nStrong experience with technologies including:\nRuby on Rails\nDocker & Kubernetes\nPostgreSQL\nAWS including Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)\nReact (web JS), optionally also React-Native\nExperience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks \nExperience with Scrum, Agile, Kanban, or similar development methodologies \nCapable of balancing competing priorities based on a solid understanding of business needs \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
