Your leadership will directly influence the effectiveness of our logistics network and enhance customer satisfaction.\nRequirements\n1. Sorting Operations Management\nLead end-to-end operations of the automated parcel sorting process. \nEnsure accurate scanning, induction, sorting, and dispatching of last-mile packages. \nMonitor sorting line throughput, accuracy rate, and downtime. \nOptimize workflows to improve capacity, speed, and cost efficiency. \n2. Sorting Machine & Equipment Oversight\nOperate and supervise automated sorting machines and related equipment. \nCoordinate preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair requests. \nWork closely with equipment vendors/technicians to resolve technical issues. \nMaintain safety standards and ensure compliance with machine operation protocols. \n3. Workforce & Staffing Agency Management\nForecast labor requirements and coordinate daily/weekly staffing needs. \nManage relationships with staffing agencies, ensuring quality and performance. \nOversee onboarding, training, scheduling, and productivity for temporary and full-time workers. \nMonitor labor KPIs including attendance, efficiency, and performance. \n4. Operational Compliance & Safety\nEnforce warehouse safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and quality standards. \nConduct regular safety audits, equipment checks, and compliance reviews. \nEnsure all employees follow SOPs, scanning rules, and parcel-handling standards. \n5. Inventory & Parcel Flow Control\nMaintain real-time visibility on parcel volume, flow, backlog, and exceptions. \nCoordinate with linehaul, dispatch, and last-mile delivery teams. \nEnsure SLAs for parcel processing and outbound dispatch are met. \n6. Reporting & KPI Management\nProduce daily/weekly/monthly operational reports (volume, throughput, error rate, labor cost, etc.). \nAnalyze data to identify bottlenecks and drive operational improvements. \nPresent performance updates to senior management.\n.\nRequirements\n· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.\n· Minimum 0-1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.\n· Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.\n· Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.\nReady to be part of a growing, innovative team?
