Identify performance bottlenecks and optimise Android applications for speed, responsiveness, and resource efficiency.\nDocumentation: Create technical documentation, including design documents, API specifications, and release notes.\nDocument codebase changes, architecture decisions, and development processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.\nCollaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate product requirements into technical solutions.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nContinuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Android development.\nContinuously improve development processes, coding standards, and software quality through innovation and experimentation.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).\n2.5 to 4 years of professional experience in Android application development.\nProficiency in the Kotlin programming language, including Kotlin Flow and coroutines.\nProficiency with the following: ANR detection and resolution.\nMemory leak detection and resolution.\nDependency injection frameworks like Dagger, Hilt, etc.\nStrong understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and related development tools.\nExperience with Android architecture components (e. g., MVVM, LiveData, Room, RecyclerView optimisations, Data Binding, View Binding, etc. ).\nSolid understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.\nExperience with RESTful APIs, JSON/Proto, etc.\nFamiliarity with version control systems (e. g., Git) and continuous integration tools (e. g., Jenkins).\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing
