include:\nDriving efficient execution and delivery across the Payments domain, ensuring projects are delivered with quality, predictability, and impact.\nActing as the primary payments subject matter expert and trusted advisor for internal stakeholders, providing technical guidance and strategic input on payment-related initiatives.\nStrengthening collaboration between Engineering and Finance teams to improve operational efficiency, payment processes, reconciliation, and business outcomes.\nSupporting the evolution of our payments strategy, architecture, and systems to enable future growth and scalability in Brazil.\nLeading and developing a high-performing engineering team while maintaining involvement in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and operational challenges.\nRemoving blockers, improving engineering processes, and creating an environment that enables teams to execute effectively and move quickly.\nWho You Are:\nTechnical & Functional Expertise\nStrong software engineering background with solid technical foundations and experience building scalable systems.\nStrong product mindset, with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.\nDeep expertise in payments, including experience designing, building, and scaling payment systems and related infrastructure.\nProven experience leading engineering teams while remaining close to technical decision-making and architectural discussions.\nFluent in Engilsh (C1-C2).\nLeadership & Management\nDemonstrated ownership mindset with accountability for team outcomes and business impact.\nHands-on leader who is comfortable engaging in operational and technical challenges when needed.\nExecution-focused, with a track record of
