to the technical growth of the team.\n\nFacilitate communication and alignment across distributed teams.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nSignificant experience building and operating backend systems in production.\n\nStrong understanding of software design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.\n\nExperience with relational and non-relational databases.\n\nExperience with messaging and event-driven systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.\n\nAbility to work autonomously and take ownership of complex problems from discovery to delivery.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nProduct mindset and ability to understand business context when making technical decisions.\n\nClear communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global environment.\n\nFluent/Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2 Level).\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience in fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated industries.\n\nExperience with compliance, KYC, or
