Join us and help build the next era of Agentic AI-powered security operations.\n About the role:\nWe are seeking a Professional Services Manager (PSM) to lead a team of engineers delivering automation solutions within a SOAR-driven environment while remaining hands-on in customer delivery. This is a player-coach role, combining deep technical execution across Swimlane Platforms and automation use cases with active coaching, mentorship, and team leadership.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nContribute to customer implementations, integrations, and migrations\nAct as a technical escalation point for team members\nCoach and mentor engineers across technical and client-facing skills\nDrive delivery quality and consistency\nConduct performance reviews and development planning\nPartner cross-functionally across PM, TAM, and technical teams\nSupport customer escalations and key conversations\nRequirements:\n2+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Technical Delivery at a security vendor, SOC/IR experience, federal Cyber Protection Team experience or a combination of the three\n1+ years mentoring or leading engineers\nProven experience delivering complex customer solutions\nStrong client-facing communication skills \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or relevant field.
