Support activities at all Swinerton job-sites as directed.Job Description:\nEssential Responsibilities and Duties:\nProvide expertise inperforming journeyman-level cement finisher duties\nReview project plan and blueprints; and provide estimate time, material, equipment and supplies needed\nDevelop work schedules and crew assignments \nMaintain records of operations \nMonitor inventories and request supplies and equipment \nAble to calculate concrete qualities\nEnsure pour area is prepped and ready\nMonitor pour for correct rebar placement, mesh placement, block-outs and sleeves\nEnsure tools and equipment are cleaned, maintained and good condition\nEnsure pours are properly protected against various weather conditions after placement\nEnsure work areas are properly maintained\nUtilize a proactive approach to anticipate and resolve potential issues \nEnsure jobs are completed in due time and work performed according to Swinerton standards \nDiscipline, mentor and monitoring performance of employees\nEnter daily time in Exaktime (Swinerton timekeeping system) for crew\nComplete other responsibilities as assigned\nSkills or Experience Requirements:\nMinimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman Cement Finisher or similar role\nProficient knowledge of different sealers, hardeners, and floor curing methods and the proper way to install each method\nRecognize slump of concrete and proper mixes for different applications\nDisplay hand-to-eye coordination, mathematical skills, strength, stamina, and detailed orientated\nLift and/or pull 50-100lbs., climb ladders, work off ladders, man lifts or other equipment\nAbility to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time, fully squat, bend or kneel while wearing a tool belt\nDisplay basic computer skills\nCapable of working in a variety of weather conditions\nUphold Swinerton Core Values of Integrity, Leadership, Passion and Excellence at all times\nAdhere to all OSHA and Swinerton safety practices and procedures\nSupport activities at all Swinerton job-sites as directed\nSUMMARY OF BENEFITS:\nThis role provides the following benefits:medical, dental, vision, employee assistance program;
