Support activities at all Swinerton job-sites as directed.Job Description:\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES:\nProvide expertise inperforming journeyman-level rough and finish carpentry duties\nReview project plan and blueprints\nEstimate time, material, equipment and supplies needed \nTrack production rates of self-perform\nDevelops work schedules and crew assignments\nEnter daily time in Exaktime (Swinerton timekeeping system) for crew\nDevelop and manage JHA’s, ensure crews are working safely and properly trained\nMaintains records of operations\nMonitor inventories and request supplies and equipment \nEnsure work areas are properly maintained\nUtilize a proactive approach to anticipate and resolve potential issues \nConsult with clients and contractors in a professional manner\nEnsure carpentry jobs are completed in due time and ensure work in performed according to Swinerton standards\nDiscipline, mentor and monitoring performance of employees\nCoordinate and maintain crew safety, equipment and tool training\nComplete other responsibilities as assigned\nSKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:\nMust hold a current Journeyman Carpenter license/certificate (if required by the applicable state, city or county)\nMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Foreman carpenter or similar role\nConsiderable knowledge of: rough and finish carpentry;
