Support activities at all Swinerton job-sites as directed.Job Description:\nESSENTIAL RESPONSBILITES AND DUTIES:\nProvide expertise in performing journeyman-level drywall framer duties\nReview project plan and blueprints\nConfirm layout with drawings and coordination drawings or model, generate RFI’s for conflicts or differing conditions\nEstimate time, material, equipment and supplies needed\nTrack production of all phases of framing, drywall and finishing\nDevelop work schedules and crew assignments\nDevelop and manage JHA’s, ensure crews are working safely and properly trained\nEnter daily time in Exaktime (Swinerton timekeeping system) for crew\nMaintain records of operations\nMonitor inventories and request supplies and equipment\nEnsure work areas are properly maintained\nUtilize a proactive approach to anticipate and resolve potential issues\nConsult with clients and contractors in a professional manner\nEnsure jobs are completed in due time and ensure work in performed according to Swinerton standards\nDiscipline, mentor and monitoring performance of employees\nComplete other responsibilities as assigned\nSKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:\nMinimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman Drywall Framer or similar role\nAbility to learn new skills with attention to detail\nLift and/or pull 75lbs., climb ladders, work off ladders, man lifts or other equipment\nAbility to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time, fully squat, bend or kneel while wearing a tool belt\nDisplay basic computer skills\nCapable of working in a
