Support activities at all Swinerton job-sites as directed.Job Description:\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES\nMechanic Lead Drywall Framer is responsible for the effective and accurate performance of all assigned responsibilities including but not limited to:\nSupervision of field personnel\nProviding expertise in performing journeyman-level drywall framer duties.\nReview project plan and blueprints.\nPerform layout with drawings, coordination drawings or model, generate RFI’s for conflicts or differing conditions\nEstimate time, material, equipment and supplies needed.\nTrack production of all phases of framing, drywall and finishing\nDevelop and manage JHA’s, ensure crews are working safely and properly trained\nEnter daily time in Exaktime (Swinerton timekeeping system) for crew\nMaintains records of operations.\nRequest supplies and equipment.\nEnsure work areas are properly maintained.\nUtilize a proactive approach to anticipate and resolve potential issues.\nConsulting with Mechanic Foreman and contractors in a professional manner.\nEnsure jobs are completed in due time and ensure work in performed according to Swinerton standards.
