(submitted safety plans, insurance certifications, etc.)\nAssist project management team with cost management including COR review, verification, and providing back up.\nCommunicates field payment issues with the appropriate staff members (ex. Missed trade partners payments, employee payment issue, etc.)\nEnsures trade partner billings reflect accurate field progress and work put in place\nAssist with estimating and buyout activities; support with scope definition and negotiating pricing/cost.\nEnsure trade partners and prepared and compliant to be onsite. (submitted safety plans, insurance certifications, etc.)\nPrepare and maintain project schedules including establishing critical path, monitoring milestones, and address issues\nOrganizes, directs, and coordinates field construction teams and individuals. Works with all projects internal and external teams to plan site\nand field logistics (laydown and break areas, crane and equipment placement, scheduling and safety issues, trade partner and work\ncoordination, etc.).\nManages jobsite mobilization efforts. Assigns appropriate parties to specific tasks to ensure successful setup\nCoordinate and lead field/project meetings (kick offs, trade partner coordination, issue resolution, etc.)\nSchedules, organizes, creates an agenda for, and leads/runs productive team meetings (ex. OAC meetings, trade partners meetings, internal\nSwinerton team meetings).\nIdentify field issues and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to find appropriate solutions.\nEstablishes project practices that avoid or mitigate claims and conflict\nManage documentation of project events including accidents, risk alerts, exception request, and delays\nPrepares, reviews, and approves all necessary field documentation and reports including, but not limited to, time sheets, T&M tickets, invoices,\ninspection reports, permit applications, etc.\nMaintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders\nReviews plans for completeness, accuracy, code compliance, logistics, value engineering opportunities, and field practicality. Provides feedback\nto business partners and works with the Swinerton team and business partners to resolve issues\nManages MEP coordination\nWorks with trade partners and partners to verify building systems, envelope, and controls to achieve project design requirements\nManages all project inspections, testing, and permitting ensuring all parties are prepared to minimize retesting or reinspection\nEnsure plans, specifications, and construction operations are code compliant\nWorks with the design partners and internal teams to manage and resolve code and/or design issues.\nOversees material take-offs/procurement and proactively reviews budgets with project team to determine potential variances.\nVerifies and maintains project documents including \"As Built Drawings,\" submittal verification/shop drawings, RFI's, etc.\nReview all drawings, specifications and subcontractor submittals\nReview and interpret project plans, blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.\nCoordinates and approves all major material purchase orders\nMonitors and actively manages day-to-day project labor productivity in the field as well as labor and material budgets. Works with self\nperform personnel to ensure productivity is maximized\nDevelops site safety specific plans\nConducts job-site safety evaluations and manages all safety standards and protocols onsite\nMonitors field work for quality control standards, ensuring all subcontractor deficiencies are corrected.\nOversees project turnover activities to owner to ensure successful hand off. (Includes commissioning and start-up testing, closeout\ndocuments, punch list, etc.)\nPerform manual work only in rare circumstances when exigent circumstances require it\nPrepare and submit required reports to management, clients, and regulatory agencies.\nAssist with recruiting, supervising, and developing field personnel\nAssists with business development and project proposals as needed.
