A lot of this job is hands-on: on-site events, remote bonding activities, employer branding, and more. It needs good planning and attention to detail, but also an open mind, creativity, and energy to bring things to life.\nSome initiatives you'll own, some you'll support, always with help from the team that have each other’s back. culture, events, employer branding, onboarding, communication, and more\nYou'll be part of a stable, US company with the flexibility of hybrid work and an office full of goodies\nWhat you’ll be doing\nHelping with People-related communication - e.g. promoting our team bonding activities and encourage people to participate and get to know each other\nPlanning and running our company events - offsites, Christmas costume parties, team celebrations, and remote bonding activities like online GeoGuessr games\nComing up with employee gift ideas, handling the logistics behind them, and keeping our gift repository organized and up to date\nSupporting team bonding not just company-wide, but within individual teams - helping them run their own smaller bonding activities when they need a hand or an inspiration\nOwning People reports and dashboards - keeping data clean and up to date, and making sure this data stays reliable and consistent over time\nRunning ad hoc research when we need it - e.g. comparing HR tools/vendors, benchmarking benefits, and turning that research into thoughtful recommendations\nHelping make onboarding smooth for new joiners, and continuously improving it - gathering and analyzing feedback from new hires, spotting pain points, and proposing concrete changes to the process\nSupporting our Employer Branding efforts, e.g. coming up with new ideas for our social media presence, contributing content to our newsletters for the candidates, and helping shape how we show up externally\nAnalyzing feedback and pulse survey results - collecting the data, recognizing patterns, flagging what needs attention, and suggesting next steps\nCooperating with the office team on keeping our HR tools, accounts, and benefits running behind the scenes\nWe are looking for someone, who…\nHas 3+ years of experience in People field (excluding recruitment and payroll) \nHas recent, practical experience planning and running company events and sourcing creative, memorable employee gifts - online team bonding activities are a nice-to-have on top of that\nHas a track record of keeping things organized and accurate over time - data hygiene, reporting discipline, and following through on recurring tasks, not just designing processes once and moving on\nIs naturally easy to talk to and quick to build trust - asks follow-up questions and digs a little deeper before jumping to conclusions\nHas an eye for detail, gets things done, and genuinely loves organising\nDraws energy from helping others and making their lives easier and more fun\nIs a team player - supports others when needed, cheers them on, enjoys exchanging ideas, and stays open to feedback\nIs curious of other people’s perspectives and what they have to say\nCan come to our Warsaw office 1-2 times a week\nIs OK with occasionally meeting in the evenings with our US colleagues\nSpeaks Polish on a native-lever and English at proficiency lever -
