These projects may involve developing mobile applications, web portals, or large-scale data processing engines.\nYou'll work closely with a team of outstanding designers, developers, testers, Engineering and Product Managers. Your role will involve facilitating smooth Scrum routines and collaborating with our Polish-American teams.\nYou'll directly communicate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to assist in the creation of exceptional products and address significant challenges.\nYou'll define project scope and develop an execution plan, leading project teams and managing relationships with our team's projects.\nYou'll be managing risks and identify internal and cross team dependencies with team support.\nYou'll be responsible for mediating conflicts, clarifying roles and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.\nWe might be a match if you…\nHave 2-6 years of experience in project/program management in tech environment.\nHave experience working in a software house or tech company.\nAre able to understand the company business and present goals of the project to the team.\nAre a well-rounded person with amazing written and spoken communication skills in English (C1/C2) and Polish (C2).\nAre able to stay calm and professional under pressure.\nCan juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball and communicate clearly with both tech and non-tech teams.\nUnderstand software development.\nHave experience working in an international environment (US ideally).\nHave worked in small environments (ideally startups/scale-ups).\nAre available in the afternoons -
