Every day you will talk with HVAC companies, salons, chiropractors, counselors, and other service businesses. You will work in person with your manager\n\nReports to: head of inside sales\n\nType: full-time, non-exempt\n\nGetting started: in-person onboarding during your first week, then a structured three-month ramp plan.\n\nBackground check: employment depends on a successful background check.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nWork inbound leads and reach out to new ones through cold calls, email, social media, and marketing campaigns.\n\nBe the first person a prospective merchant talks to. Ask good questions, learn how the business runs, and explain how SwipeSimple Connect solves the problems the owner describes.\n\nRun demos that show owners how they would take cards, send invoices, and collect payments.\n\nOwn each deal from the first call to a signed customer.\n\nBuild relationships that last after the sale. Owners who trust you send other owners your way.\n\nKeep your activity, pipeline, and customer notes current in the CRM.\n\nTell marketing and product what you hear from merchants.\n\nFollow the payments industry and our competitors so you can answer tough questions.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nAt least 1 to 2 years of sales experience\n\nCold outbound experience and a record of hitting or beating your targets\n\nClear communication on the phone and in demos, plus solid negotiation skills\n\nComfort with a CRM and other sales tools\n\nStrong organization and attention to detail\n\nDrive to succeed whether you are working on your own or with the team\n\nA positive attitude and a habit of learning new tools and sales approaches quickly\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in payments, or selling software or services to small and mid-size businesses\n\nA bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n\nWho We Are\nSwipeSimple is the practical payments platform built for how businesses work in the real world.
