We're a fast-growing team building the financial infrastructure that modern Malaysian companies run on.\n\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive finance professional to join our Finance team. You'll own the accuracy of how money moves through our platform, from daily cash reconciliation to customer balances, reporting, and compliance.\n\nThis role suits someone who enjoys understanding how financial data flows through systems, and who sees a manual process as something to automate. You'll help build scalable finance operations as we grow.\n\nThe role is open at Analyst, Associate, or Assistant Manager level, depending on your experience.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nCash & Reconciliation\n\nOwn and lead the daily reconciliation of cash movements across bank accounts and payment channels\n\nEnsure the completeness and accuracy of every customer's virtual account balance\n\nPerform and review monthly bank reconciliations\n\nRevenue & Collections\n\nManage customer invoicing and collections, including e-invoicing compliance (MyInvois)\n\nReporting & Forecasting\n\nPrepare and issue weekly and monthly cash flow and balance sheet forecasts\n\nDeliver timely, accurate management reports, financial analysis, and financial statements in line with MFRS\n\nTax & Compliance\n\nHandle indirect tax (SST) and support corporate tax matters\n\nEnsure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements\n\nDevelop, review, and implement finance policies and SOPs\n\nStakeholder Management\n\nBe the main point of contact for auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external partners\n\nProcess & Automation\n\nIdentify manual workflows and drive experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, or controllership (level offered will match experience)\n\nHands-on experience with cloud accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks, including implementation or migration\n\nStrong Excel skills and solid analytical ability\n\nWorking knowledge of MFRS, SST, and Malaysian statutory requirements\n\nFluency in English and Bahasa
