If you can spot a moment, turn it into content.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nYou will:\nOwn the future - Plan, manage, and maintain a multi-platform content plan across social channels.\n\nFilm content - Shoot high-quality video and photo content in-studio, at events, and on the floor at card shows and games.\n\nReact in real time - Monitor the sports landscape (games, trades, breakouts, viral moments) and turn news into timely, on-brand content within minutes/hours.\n\nStay tapped in - Track trends in the card world (releases, hits, market movement, key prospects) and produce content that resonates with collectors.\n\nCollaborate - Work cross-functionally with marketing, talent, and operations to align content with business goals.\n\nEdit & publish - Cut, caption, and package short-form content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.\n\nWHAT YOU BRING\nYou have:\nSports & cards fluency - Deep, current knowledge of the sports world (NFL, NBA, MLB, etc.) and the trading card hobby.\n\nProduction skills - Hands-on experience filming with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, smartphones, lighting, and audio.\n\nEditing chops - Comfortable in Premiere, CapCut, or similar - fast turnaround on short-form video is essential.\n\nOrganized & reliable - Strong project management skills; you can juggle multiple ideas, shoots, deadlines, and platforms without dropping the ball.a\n\nReactive mindset - Quick instincts for what will land, paired with the speed to ship while a moment is still hot.\n\nExperience - 2+ years producing content for a sports brand, media outlet, creator, or hobby business preferred.\n\nAI skills - Knowledge and understanding how to leverage AI with prompting.
