We run daily live shows across Fanatics Live, Whatnot, and TikTok - breaking cards, from Sports Pokémon, WWE, Disney, and more under our channels including Swish Breaks, Swish Wax, Swish Bats, Swish Smash, Swish Sealed, and PokéSwish. We're leveling up our social game in a big way and building a content engine that matches the energy of our lives. If you love sports, cards, pop culture, and making stuff people actually want to watch: you're in the right place.\nThe Role\nWe're looking for a Social Manager Intern to help run the day-to-day operations of our social presence across multiple accounts - Swish Breaks (main account), PokéSwish, and Swish Smash. You'll schedule, publish, monitor, and engage. You'll own the calendar, keep the trains running, and make sure every piece of content goes out at the right time, on the right platform, with the right caption. You also will help ideate and create content.\nThis is the role for someone who's organized, plugged into social trends, and genuinely cares about community. You'll be the connective tissue between our creators, editors, and audience.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the social calendar across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X. Plan ahead, but be ready to react in the moment.\n\nSchedule and publish content across multiple Swish accounts, routing the right post to the right brand (sports → Swish Breaks, entertainment → SwishSmash, Pokémon → PokéSwish).\n\nWrite captions and hooks that match the voice of each account.\n\nMonitor comments and DMs and engage with our community - replies, likes, follows, the works.\n\nTrack performance using our social spreadsheet - what posted, when, how it performed, and what we learned.\n\nSpot trends early - audios, formats, conversations - and bring them to the team before they peak.\n\nCoordinate with creators and editors to keep the content pipeline moving.\n\nSupport live show promotion - \"we are live now\" posts, recap content, event coverage on Fanatics, Whatnot, and TikTok.\n\nIdeate and pitch content daily - series concepts, one-offs, reactive posts, recurring formats.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nDeep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts - both as a user and a publisher.\n\nStrong writing instincts. You know the difference between a caption that converts and one that just sits there.\n\nOrganized to a fault. You don't drop balls; you build systems that catch them.\n\nGenuinely curious about sports, trading cards, Pokémon, or entertainment. You don't have to be a superfan, but you have to want to learn.\n\nCalm under pressure. We post a lot, and things move fast.\n\nWhy Swish\nThis is a paid internship with a clear path to a full-time role for the right person. We're not looking for someone to come in, do coffee runs, and leave. We're looking for future teammates.\nYou'll learn how to run social at scale across multiple brands in one of the most exciting spaces in sports and entertainment right now. The right person comes out of this internship ready to step into a full-time role on our team.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3124,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"phd","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["E-commerce Platforms"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-12T00:41:36Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":3,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.124,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":159,"expected_fill_days":26,"reasons":["conf:1","win:tail","crowd:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-11-02T06:13:15Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/swishbreaks-social-media-coordinator-intern","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/swishbreaks-social-media-coordinator-intern.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-02T07:45:57Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":11014,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-03T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":688032},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=688032"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fswishbreaks-social-media-coordinator-intern"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fswishbreaks-social-media-coordinator-intern"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fswishbreaks-social-media-coordinator-intern"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/swishbreaks-social-media-coordinator-intern\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fswishbreaks-social-media-coordinator-intern"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":780527}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"swishbreaks.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":780527},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
