We run daily live shows across Fanatics Live, Whatnot, and TikTok - breaking cards, from Sports Pokémon, WWE, Disney, and more under our channels including Swish Breaks, Swish Wax, Swish Bats, Swish Smash, Swish Sealed, and PokéSwish. We're leveling up our social game in a big way and building a content engine that matches the energy of our lives. If you love sports, cards, pop culture, and making stuff people actually want to watch: you're in the right place.\nThe Role\nWe're looking for a Video and Graphics Editor Intern who lives in CapCut, Premiere, and Photoshop (or your weapons of choice) and treats every video like a product. You'll cut down hours of live break footage into scroll-stopping clips for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts and design the graphics, thumbnails, and overlays that wrap our content in a look people recognize. You'll work side-by-side with our shooter, our social lead, and our streamers to ship content daily. The big hits, the funny moments, the heartbreaks, the Swish School educational episodes, you're the one turning raw footage into something the hobby talks about.\nWhat You'll Do\nEdit short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts - hooks in the first second, clean pacing, captions that pop.\n\nCut live break highlights into clips that capture the energy of a hit: reactions, slow-mos, replays, the works.\n\nDesign graphics and thumbnails for posts, stories, episode covers, and show branding across all Swish accounts.\n\nBuild out Swish School episodes - our educational series about the hobby - with editing that makes learning feel cinematic.\n\nCreate motion graphics and overlays for live shows, recap videos, and event coverage.\n\nMaintain visual consistency across Swish Breaks, Swish Smash, PokeSwish.\n\nIterate fast - we ship daily, and we test what works.\n\n What We're Looking For\nStrong portfolio or reel showing short-form video editing (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) - required.\n\nProficiency in video and photo editing software(s).\n\nA real eye for design - typography, color, composition, hierarchy. You can spot when something looks AI-generated or off-brand.\n\nGenuine interest in sports, trading cards, or entertainment. You don't need to know every rookie but you should be curious about the hobby.\n\nComfortable working fast under tight turnarounds without sacrificing quality.\n\nSelf-starter energy. You bring ideas, not just execution.\n\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media, Design, Communications, or equivalent self-taught experience.\n\nWhy Swish\nThis is a paid internship with a clear path to a full-time role for the right person. We're not looking for someone to come in, do coffee runs, and leave. We're looking for future teammates. You'll get real reps, real output, and your work in front of a fast-growing audience. You won’t be buried in a deck. If you crush this internship, there's a full-time seat waiting.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3031,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["E-commerce Platforms"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-12T00:41:36Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":3,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.114,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":154,"expected_fill_days":25,"reasons":["conf:4","win:tail","crowd:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-10-28T05:59:10Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/swishbreaks-video-and-graphics-editor-intern","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/swishbreaks-video-and-graphics-editor-intern.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-28T20:07:53Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":27872,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-29T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":688032},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=688032"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fswishbreaks-video-and-graphics-editor-intern"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fswishbreaks-video-and-graphics-editor-intern"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fswishbreaks-video-and-graphics-editor-intern"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/swishbreaks-video-and-graphics-editor-intern\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fswishbreaks-video-and-graphics-editor-intern"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":780529}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"swishbreaks.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":780529},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
