The successful candidate will have hands-on production experience with both Go and Rust, including Rust-based services using Axum, and will contribute to building microservices, enterprise applications, and AI-powered workflows.\nYou will work across application development, data platforms, identity integration, CI/CD automation, and Azure-based deployments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain distributed services, REST APIs, and microservices using Go and Rust.\nBuild asynchronous Rust services using Axum and contribute to protobuf-based service communication.\nDevelop and maintain backend services using .NET 10 within a multi-language application environment.\nBuild responsive web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, while supporting Angular-based applications where required.\nDevelop AI-enabled applications and workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Model Context Protocol (MCP).\nSupport model tracking and lifecycle management using MLflow and integrate AI applications securely with internal data sources and enterprise tools.\nDesign, implement, and optimize data access across relational, document, caching, and graph databases, including SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, Redis, and Neo4j.\nImplement enterprise authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, Single Sign-On (SSO), and JSON Web Tokens (JWT).\nBuild and publish container images and deployment artifacts using Azure Container Registry (ACR), Helm charts, and OCI artifacts.\nAutomate build, testing, security scanning, artifact publishing, and deployment using GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and Jenkins.\nDeploy and operate applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Container Apps, Azure App Service, and OpenShift 4.\nProvision and manage Azure infrastructure using Terraform, Azure CLI, and ARM or Bicep templates.\nManage application configuration, credentials, and secrets using Azure Key Vault and Azure App Configuration.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and improve application reliability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Grafana, Splunk, and AppDynamics.\nDevelop and maintain automated testing across unit, UI, and end-to-end testing using tools such as xUnit, Vitest, React Testing Library, Selenium, and Puppeteer.\nParticipate in code reviews, technical documentation, architectural discussions, and delivery planning using Git-based platforms, Jira, and Confluence.\nCollaborate with engineering, product, security, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.\nRequired Qualifications\nProven production software development experience with both Go and Rust.\nHands-on experience building and operating backend services, APIs, and distributed systems using both languages.\nExperience with Rust asynchronous programming and the Axum web framework.\nStrong understanding of API design, microservice architecture, software testing, application security, and software delivery practices.\nExperience developing applications using modern frontend technologies, preferably React, Next.js, and TypeScript.\nExperience with cloud-native development, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.\nStrong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, data access patterns, and application performance optimization.\nFamiliarity with enterprise authentication and authorization standards.\nAbility to communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly and collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and operations teams.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nExperience building stateful, multi-step AI workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, and MCP.\nPractical experience integrating AI applications with internal enterprise data, APIs, and tools, with a focus on secure and reliable workflow orchestration.\nExperience with Neo4j or other graph databases for relationship-based data modelling and querying.\nHands-on experience implementing enterprise identity integrations using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and SSO.\nStrong Kubernetes experience, particularly with AKS or OpenShift 4, including Helm-based deployments and infrastructure automation.\nExperience with Azure services and deployment tooling, including ACR, Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitLab CI/CD, and Azure monitoring solutions.\nStrong data-layer expertise, including Redis, query optimization, and experience with both Entity
