You bring a track record of successful delivery in complex, fast-paced environments and are energised by the opportunity to create real impact.\nWe are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:\nExpert knowledge of Microsoft 365 digital workplace platform and related services, including security, governance and compliance capabilities\n\nAdvanced automation and scripting capabilitiesincluding experience with modern DevOps technologies and CI/CD methodologies\n\nHand on knowledge with Enterprise AI platforms such as Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise\n\nGood working knowledge of data analytics and visualisation, including hands-on experience with tools such as MS Power Platform and Palantir Foundry\n\nGood working knowledge of Azure Cloud, Networking, Identity and Access Management,as well as provisioning, authorisation, and authentication concepts\n\nFluent Englishwith excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation and beyond\n\nThese are additional nice to haves:\nExperience working in a global enterprise environment, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector\n\nFamiliarity withRegulatory, Governance and Risk Managementframeworks and methodologies\n\nExperience working in agile SCRUM methodology\n\nOur company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least 50% of the time.\nFor Spain, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 60,000 and EUR 100,000 for a full-time role.\nThe specific salary offered considers:\nThe requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role\n\nThe applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience\n\nIn the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.
