You bring a strong foundation in testing, the confidence to ask difficult questions during analysis, and a genuine interest in learning the business domain. You are comfortable exploring unfamiliar data and technical logic, and you take ownership of quality across teams and systems rather than limiting yourself to a narrow testing remit.\nWe are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:\n5+ years of professional QA experience, with a proven track record of testing complex, business-critical enterprise applications using functional, integration, regression, and end to-end testing\nAbility to read, write, and review automated tests in Java or a similar programming language, including via the use of AI-assisted tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to support test case creation and debugging\nHands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks, including UI automation (e.g. Playwright), REST API testing (e.g. REST Assured or Postman), and CI/CD pipeline integrations of automated test\nExperience collaborating with analysts and stakeholders on business requirements and acceptance criteria, proactively identifying gaps and improving testability\nPractical SQL skills for querying, comparing, validating, and reconciling data across systems, including validation of data transformations and business rules\nThese are additional nice to haves:\nExperience with Oracle databases, advanced SQL, data reconciliation, or testing database procedures and transformations\nExperience with Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and release coordination\nKnowledge of insurance or reinsurance, particularly pricing, financial calculations, or reporting processes\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an ownership mindset and a genuine interest in understanding complex business processes\nFor Slovakia the base salary rangefor this position is between EUR 3,800 and EUR 6,300 per month (for a full-time role).
