You'll collaborate with a diverse, talented team and work on challenges that matter, all while contributing to Swiss Re's mission of making the world more resilient.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and deliver end-to-end Workforce Management and Time & Attendance solutions across the full solution lifecycle - from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment and production support\n\nAct as the technical subject matter expert for Workforce Software, providing authoritative guidance on solution design, configuration and integration best practices\n\nCollaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, engineers and external partners to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable and maintainable technical solutions\n\nEnsure seamless integration of Workforce Management solutions with the broader HR technology landscape, including HR and payroll systems, using APIs, file-based interfaces, SQL and scripting technologies\n\nLead technical workstreams, providing solution guidance and driving delivery within Agile, multidisciplinary teams\n\nSupport and resolve complex production issues through strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, ensuring platform stability, security and resilience\n\nManage multi-country implementations, supporting country-specific Time & Attendance requirements and ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards\n\nContribute to continuous improvement and modernisation of the Workforce Software platform, aligning solutions with Swiss Re's architecture, security and governance standards\n\nCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholder groups\n\nAbout the Team\nThe D&T Group People Function (GPF) team is responsible for Swiss Re's Group People Function technology landscape, enabling HR capabilities across the organisation on a global scale. The team has a primary focus on Workforce Management and Time & Attendance solutions, supporting multiple countries with robust, scalable and compliant technology platforms. Working at the intersection of HR and technology, the team collaborates with business stakeholders, Product Owners and external partners to design, deliver and continuously improve solutions that power Swiss Re's people processes worldwide.\nAbout You\nYou are a curious, driven and collaborative professional who brings both technical depth and a pragmatic mindset to everything you do. You take ownership of your work, communicate with clarity and confidence, and are passionate about delivering solutions that are not only technically sound but also genuinely useful to the people who rely on them.\nWe are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:\nExtensive hands-on experience with Workforce Software, particularly Time & Attendance, including implementation, configuration, enhancement and production support in complex, international environments\n\nStrong knowledge of Workforce Management concepts, including timekeeping, attendance, scheduling and integration with HR and payroll systems\n\nProven experience designing and delivering Workforce Software solutions across the full lifecycle - from requirements analysis and solution design through development, testing, deployment and ongoing support\n\nSolid experience with integration technologies, including APIs, file-based interfaces, SQL and scripting or development tools, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities\n\nExperience leading global or multi-country implementations, supporting country-specific Time & Attendance requirements and navigating diverse regulatory environments\n\nThese are additional nice to haves:\nWorkforce Software certifications such as PT102, PT001, PT002, PT003, PT105, PT106, or equivalent Time & Attendance / Workforce Management certifications\n\nExperience working within Agile delivery frameworks and multidisciplinary teams\n\nFamiliarity with Swiss Re's architecture, security and governance standards or similar enterprise-level frameworks\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences\n\nExperience working in the financial services or reinsurance industry\n\nOur company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.\nAbout Swiss Re\nSwiss Re is one of the world’s leading providers of reinsurance, insurance and other forms of insurance-based risk transfer, working to make the world more resilient.
